We do not allow cancellations or refunds once orders are placed due to the custom nature of orders. Taxes are added to purchase if you live in the state of New Mexico.
*Any additional expenses charged by customs are the buyers responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SHIPPING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO OUR 1-2 WEEK TURNAROUND TIME, AS ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE CAREFULLY HANDMADE TO ORDER.
Ready to Ship items will ship within 3 business days of ordering. Other orders will ship within 1-2 weeks. If an order has a combination, they will take the full 1-2 weeks and will ship together. An email will be sent to you with tracking information once it has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are correct. We are unable to change an address once an order is placed and are not held responsible for misdelivery.
If you are shipping this as a gift directly to the recipient, let me know and I can include a personalized note inside for you! :)
Item/s will be mailed USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight (tracking information will be emailed when we have shipped your order out) which will arrive typically in 2-5 business days after shipped. Please know international orders can take quite a bit of time due to customs and therefore I cannot guarantee an arrival date, only a promised ship by date.
We are not responsible for missing items if the tracking number shows it as delivered. Please contact your local post office for further assitance.
Please understand once it is picked up by USPS shipping times are out of my control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, etc.). This is not the sellers responsibility if shipped on time but does not arrive at the expected arrival date. We can only assure you the date we ship it by, not the date of arrival.
Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back to seller (I would accept a tracking number as proof of a shipment back to me).
Your satisfaction is VERY important to me, so I will strive to make every order right! If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personal message/note to seller before sending your order.
Please note changes to orders AFTER payment is received are not guaranteed for order may have already been started/completed. If you message me right away with a change request, I will communicate with you if I am able to execute your requests. Due to timing, I may have already started completed your order and not be able to make changes.
DOES THE GLITTER FLAKE OFF?
No! Each glass/cup/bottle is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed (twice!) and no shedding will occur. :)
HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?
Each item comes with a care card instructing you to gently hand wash your cup with love. Use a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry. They cannot go through the dishwasher or in the microwave. :)
WILL THE VINYL COME OFF?
The vinyl used is high grade outdoor permanent vinyl, the same kind they use for car decals. It is not just simply a sticker. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up. Gently pat, not scrub, when washing.
CAN YOU USE A LOGO?
If you are a business owner and would like your business logo used, you can send it to me and I can determine if I am able to reproduce it or not for you. If you are requesting a character or logo from a movie/TV show/ etc (i.e. Disney characters, cartoon characters, etc.) the short answer is "no" due to copyright infringement laws. Many other shops may choose to replicate them, and I do have the ability to, but ethically I choose not to. Thank you for understanding!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
In the contiguous U.S., I send all items via USPS First Class or Priority, which usually takes 2-5 business days. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, delivery times are out of my control. You may experience delays due to holidays, weather, etc. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped and you can track your package accordingly. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a ship by date.
